What Pickwave Pro Does

Pickwave Pro connects to Linnworks so users can create schedules that generate pickwaves from Linnworks Open Orders views. The app uses Linnworks data only to provide, run, support and improve the Pickwave Pro service.

Information We Process

• Linnworks installation and authentication tokens needed to connect the app.
• Linnworks account details returned during app authentication, such as account email or account identifiers.
• Schedule settings created in Pickwave Pro, including schedule names, days, times, locations, order view references, identifiers, grouping rules and assigned users.
• Run history, including run times, created pickwave IDs, order counts, skipped counts and error messages.
• Support emails and information you send when asking for help.

How We Use Information

• To connect Pickwave Pro to Linnworks.
• To load locations, order views, identifiers and pickwave users.
• To save and run pickwave schedules.
• To create pickwaves and apply selected identifiers in Linnworks.
• To show run history and troubleshoot errors.
• To respond to support requests.

Retention

Run logs are kept for 7 days. Schedule and settings data is kept while the app remains installed or while it is needed to provide the service. If the app is uninstalled, Pickwave Pro disconnects the active Linnworks session. You can request deletion of retained app data by emailing support.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only where needed to provide the service, such as communicating with Linnworks APIs, hosting the app, maintaining backups, responding to support requests, or complying with legal obligations.

Your Rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about your Pickwave Pro installation. You may also object to or restrict certain processing where applicable. Contact us using the Pickwave Pro support form.

If you are in the UK, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We may update this policy as Pickwave Pro develops. The latest version will be made available through the app or app listing.
